Canada Maintenance is a janitorial company that means business. Since 2000, we have risen from cleaning a few high tech buildings in Kanata, to servicing numerous buildings in the Ottawa-Carleton region from a variety of industries.
Having started operations just after the Dot-Com bubble burst, Canada Maintenance had to work extra hard to build its client base at a time when most companies were cutting costs. We recognized that we had to compete by offering a superior level of quality at a reasonable price, in order to succeed. Our formula worked - and we still serve many of those clients today!

Personnel: All of our personnel is fully insured. Each and every employee is given extensive training before they begin working at any site. They are also fitted with identifiable uniforms and or name badges. |

Security and Safety: Due to the nature of the business, all of our employees are security cleared and assigned photo ID cards. All employees are instructed on dealing with building emergencies as well as adhering to the guidelines provided by WHMIS. |

Supervision and Inspection: We continuously monitor the performance of our employees and provide them with feedback to help them improve their performance if necessary. We also conduct thorough inspections of the facility on a regular basis in order to maintain cleanliness at all times. |

We manage and monitor each of our contracts. We believe that this is the best way to provide quality cleaning and maintain higher standards of quality control. We are not cleaning contract brokers, and we are not in the business of selling our contracts - we are in the business of delivering quality cleaning and service to all of our customers. |

Fully Insured and Certified
Our janitorial staff is fully insured and bonded. All staff is trained using WHMIS guidelines and complies with all WSIB safety practices and regulations. Canada Maintenance is also a member of the Better Business Bureau of Ottawa.
